Artist Mary Haas-Hackett works on a new wall mural
in the waiting room of our Chelsea Office. The mural of Chelsea Park was
part of updates to our office in the summer of 2006. Artist Shelly Schwartz
focused on completing our patient exam rooms. In addition to our "Animal
Room," featuring the animals of the four continents, she created a "Sea
Room" and a "State of Michigan" room featuring our state symbols. Children
can play "I Spy Michigan" while looking for the Robin - our state
bird, the Apple Blossom - our state flower, and the Painted Turtle - our
state
reptile among other symbols. Mary and Shelly's work on our office was
featured in the Aug. 17, 2006, edition of the Chelsea Standard. |
